Human rights for everybody

Amnesty International commissioned us with the task of supporting human rights defenders with a printed campaign. Our rights are a matter of course for us, but in most countries there are bans and reprisals against people who publish texts, take photographs and want to express their opinions. We want to point out that the right of expression and publication does not exist in all countries. We want to make this clear, and thus the MRVs in it to promote these rights in other countries as well, to strengthen the power of the human race.

This approach is for Facebook and intended to show the work of human rights defenders. Many of these activists are imprisoned or tortured and, despite these experiences, pursue the discovery of grievances. As supporters of human rights defenders, we call on all people not to be afraid and to show strength and to support the MRVs so that they can continue their work without being imprisoned or tortured.

Last pictures of a photographer?

This idea should tell the story of a photographer who was locked away. Since he is a photographer, we show the world from his point of view. By the amount of images which are posted on Instagram every hour it's hard to get attention with a single post. So I had the idea to use Instagram and 18/1 city light posters to show prison pictures. That's how photographers can end when they work for Amnesty International. We are asking people to support these human right defenders.
